Program
A registration for the weekend includes both Thursday and Friday evening Critics’ Choice Grand Tastings, all the Friday and Saturday daytime sit-down conducted tastings, seminars and luncheons and the Saturday evening black-tie Grand Award Banquet.

This year’s event will include dozens of great wines in fun and educational conducted tastings. Each wine is presented by the owner and/or winemaker. All are included in your registration fee.

A comparative tasting of six vintages spanning 23 years from Bordeaux’s famous first-growth château, presented by Philippe Sereys de Rothschild, owner, and Philippe Dhalluin, winemaker. Moderated by James Molesworth.

• Chef's Challenge: Four dishes, eight wines: A lesson in pairing filled with insight and humor. Our experts—chefs José Andrés, Emeril Lagasse and Michael Lomonaco and restaurateur Danny Meyer—compete to earn the audience’s vote for their culinary creativity. Moderated by Thomas Matthews.
• Wine Stars: Throughout the weekend there will be individual presentations of great wines by renowned vintners from around the globe, each a star in the world of wine.
• Core Strength: WINE FROM ANCIENT VINES Wines crafted from very old vines, upwards of a century old, fascinate wine lovers everywhere. Matt Kramer presents three bottlings with the signature qualities of depth, profundity and voluptuous texture that can make these wines so memorable.
• The Grand award banquet: The crowning event of the weekend is a lavish black-tie evening with special wines, delectable food and star entertainment. The banquet is the natural conclusion to a weekend filled with new wine experiences and new friends.
Wine Spectator will recognize the restaurateurs who have in 2015 newly earned the Grand Award, which honors the world’s greatest restaurant wine lists. This year’s new Grand Award winners are Aux Beaux Arts, in Macao; Bleu Provence, in Naples, Fla.; Capo, in Santa Monica, Calif.; Marcello’s La Sirena, in West Palm Beach, Fla.; Pearl & Ash, in New York; Plumed Horse, in Saratoga, Calif., Print Hall, in Perth, Western Australia; and Spruce, in San Francisco.

After September 15 there are no refunds. GRAND TASTING AND BANQUET TICKETS -- A full refund is available until October 1, 2015. After that date there are no refunds for any tickets. Registrations, Banquet tickets and Grand Tasting tickets may be transferred to another person at any time.
